I first experienced the professionalism and poise of Ben and Debra as consultants when I was Manager of Training and OD at SEIU. They were hired to provide a series of workshops and consulting services on company issues and I was impressed by their ability to connect and engage with all levels of employees by demonstrating their deep knowledge as well as their exemplary facilitation skills.  They provide a balance of creativity and rigor, humor and wisdom, dynamism and thoughtfulness in their approach to consulting and in the design and delivery of their training. They are the consummate consulting team!
