Robert Carey  a senior level consultant with Resolution Dynamics, Inc. (RDI)   has been providing consulting, organizational analyses, and training to organizations since 1989.  Mr. Carey is a highly motivated Independent Consultant knowledgeable and practiced in Environmental Assessment and Change Initiatives, Management and Leadership Skills Development, Executive Coaching, Team Building, Transition Counseling, and Mediation & ADR Training.  Robert has over 20 years of consulting experience backed by 25 years of wide experience, responsibilities, and significant achievements as a corporate manager and leader.
Robert’s consulting work includes 1.  Workplace and life coaching, 2. Mediation & ADR training, 3.  Department and Group assessments for strategy planning, change initiatives, team building, skills development, and coaching.  He is a public speaker and group facilitator for a national non-profit organization where he speaks about differences and life changes on all levels, and the personal and professional impacts.
